Nick Hannaford Art

Nick Hannaford is a South Australian artist raised on Kangaroo Island, where landscape has remained a constant influence on his work. He began painting as a child, with early tuition from Ruth Tuck and his uncle Robert Hannaford, who continues to be an important mentor. Hannaford has painted and exhibited throughout his life, including SALA and commissions for Southern Ocean Lodge. His 2026 solo exhibition PAUSE reflects a period of re-examination in his practice – looking again at familiar places, habits and ways of seeing.
