If the print/artwork is damaged, we will replace/refund it at no cost to you. If you are unhappy with the item we will refund the amount paid provided the item is returned undamaged within 30 days of purchase – the customer is fully responsible for return delivery or shipping costs (tracked & insured through Australia Post, or private courier).
